Yummers Too

Yummers Too, James Marshall; Sandpiper Houghton Mifflin Books; 1986

A pig named Emily was settling down for a long siesta. A turtle, Eugene, arrived selling Popsicles. Emily ate three, thinking it was a gift from her friend. They cost 60 cents, but Emily hadn't got any money.
Walking by the street she found Uncle Fatty Pig and asked him for money but he hadn´t got any. Uncle Fatty suggested that Emily should help Eugene to sell Popsicles. Emily took the cart and Eugene's cap.
Her first customer was Connie but it was difficult to choose a flavour without trying them first. So they were busy tasting the popsicles and didn't notice that the car was going down the hill and crashed against Harriet's Healthy Food Shop. Harriet was mad. Emily had to pay for the damage but she didn't have money.
So Emily started to work at Harriet's, but she ate a lot of food there and Harriet decided that she couldn't stay in the shop. Emily would advertise the shop. At a corner there was a strong wind that made Emily airborne. She began to descend and down below there were two bad dogs stealing a cake.
Emily crashed on them. The bakers thanked and offered a reward. She could choose money to pay her debts or...chocolate éclairs.
Eugene was waking up when Emily arrived and she told him everything that happened. Eugene stated that the choice was difficult between the money and the éclairs. Emily agreed and offered Eugene an éclair!

Once upon a time a little pig called Emily was sleeping a good siesta. Emily heard a voice saying 'Popsicles!' Then Emily went to Eugene, a little turtle who sold popsicles. Emily didn't have money to pay the popsicles. She asked for help to her Uncle Fatty Pig but he didn't have money too. Eugene said to Emily that she could pay the popsicles working for her. The first client was her friend Connie. She stopped to talk to her friend and... BOOM. The cart fell into Healthy Harriet's shop. Harriet was very sad about that. Harriet said that Emily could pay the damage if she worked for her. Emily wasn't very good at the job so she went out to promote the shop. The wind was very strong and Emily flew away. She fell on two bad dogs who were stealing a wedding cake. The cats of the bakery wanted to pay Emily with money or éclairs. Emily went to Eugene and gave Eugene some éclairs.
